Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with C25Style.com.  We want you to love your purchase, so we carefully inspect and package orders before they are shipped.  All purchases made through C25Style.com ae final sale.  We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, sizing, or any other reason unrelated to an item arriving damaged.  

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.

Damaged Items:  If you order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.  

To Be eligible for assistance:  Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Provide clear photos and/or video showing the damage.  Keep the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed claim. 

Once we receive the requested information, we will review the damage and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement.  If approved, C25Style.com will replace the damaged item when the same item is available.  If the exact item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding available options.
